the rules.

how cards are made, how they go up, and how we keep the garage clean. short version: no ratings, never bought, never lost.

your card

  • every member gets one card, for the car they're in the crew with.
  • your number follows the order you joined the crew and is yours forever. 000 is the crew card.
  • the crew makes your card from the photos and details you send us by email, and emails you when it's live.
  • want to change something? just reply to that email.
  • there are no ratings on cards. the year you joined the crew shows on every card.

photos

yes 3 to 5 photos, at least 1500 px on the short side low angle, side or three-quarter all four wheels visible the car's own badges and the brands of its parts
no stickers, banners or plates of other crews, clubs, shops or brands watermarks if your car has them, choose shots where they don't show

updates

  • changed something big? wheels, suspension, ride height, body or paint: reply to the email with what changed and new photos.
  • your card gets a new version. older versions stay in your project's evolution.
  • one new version every 3 months at most.
  • small fixes to the text or the photos can happen at any time: just reply to the email.

tiers

invitedevery card starts here, in your first years in the crew.
sworn2 or more years in the crew.
inner circle5 or more years in the crew.
gentlemenchosen by the crew. three a year at most.
  • your time in the crew counts from the year you joined, the "since" on your card.
  • your time counts by calendar year: if you joined in 2024, you're sworn from 1 january 2026.
  • tiers only go up. a level you reach is yours forever.
  • props from the crew are coming later.

crew talk

  • everyone can read the conversation on each project. only crew members can write.
  • to write, log in with your member account.
  • ask about sizes, offsets and parts. respect always, no selling in the comments.
  • the owner's replies are marked "owner".
  • the crew can hide messages that break these rules.

words we use

ride height
how high the car sits off the ground.
lowered
a car set lower than stock.
fitment
how the wheels sit in the body: the result of wheel size, offset, tyres, camber and ride height. not a part you add.
fender-to-wheel fitment
the relation between the fender or arch and the wheel.
tuck
the top of the wheel and tyre sits inside the arch. common on air suspension when the car is aired out.
flush
the wheel sits level with the fender.
poke
the wheel sits past the fender.
bagged / static
bagged: air suspension. static: coilovers or fixed suspension.

your data

  • by sending us your photos, your story and the details of your car, you allow proud. to show them in the garage on proudcrew.pt, on our social media and in any future printed edition, always with credit to you and to the photographer.
  • only send photos you took, or that the photographer is happy to share, and tell us who took them.
  • on your card and your project we show the name you send us, your country, the year you joined the crew and your car. your email address is never shown.
  • messages you write in the crew talk show with your name, and with your number and card if you have one.
  • you can ask us to take your card down at any time, by replying to the email or writing to info@proudcrew.pt. it leaves the site and we stop using it in new posts. posts already on our social media stay, unless you ask us to delete them too. printed editions that already exist stay as they are.
