we ship worldwide from portugal. all shipments go out registered, with tracking included wherever it is available for the destination.

shipping is calculated at checkout from the weight of your cart and the delivery address. the lowest rates start at €7.50 for portugal, €12.00 for europe, €11.00 for the rest of the world and €13.50 for the united states.

shipping is free on all orders of €150 or more, to any destination.

portugal: 1-3 business days. europe: 5-12 business days. united states: 10-15 business days. rest of the world, including japan and taiwan: 10-20 business days.

times are indicative, counted from the day the order leaves us, and don't include customs clearance where it applies.

inside the european union, no. the price at checkout is all you pay.

outside the eu, including the united kingdom, switzerland, norway, japan, taiwan and the united states, the destination country may charge import duties or local taxes on arrival. these are charged by local customs, not by proud crew, and are the customer's responsibility.

yes. you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to return it, no reason needed. email info@proudcrew.pt with your order number and we'll confirm the next steps. items must be unused.

if you changed your mind, return shipping is on you. if the item is defective or we sent the wrong one, we refund the return shipping. there is no restocking fee.

exchanges are possible, subject to stock. the full terms are on the policies page.

apply on the crew page with your details, your car and a few photos. we look for clean, low builds with proper fitment, and people hungry to evolve. it's not for everyone.
