Shipping

We ship worldwide from Portugal. The shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout, based on the weight of the items in your cart and the delivery address — there is no fixed table, because the amount varies depending on what you buy and where it goes. All shipments go out registered, with tracking included wherever it is available for the destination.

Shipping is free on all orders of €100 or more, to any destination.

Zones, times and reference price

Times are indicative, not guaranteed, counted from the day the order leaves us, and don't include customs clearance at the destination where it applies. The price shown is the minimum — the lowest weight band, up to 100g. The final amount is calculated at checkout from the total weight of your cart.

Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czechia, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Romania and Sweden — and also the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein.

Those last five pay the same shipping as the EU, but they are outside the European Union for customs purposes: orders to them leave as exports, and import duties or local taxes may apply on arrival.

Rest of the World

Every other destination, including our strongest markets outside Europe — Japan and Taiwan — as well as Canada, Australia, and the European countries not listed above (the Balkans, eastern Europe, Turkey, and the European micro-states and dependent territories).

If you don't see your country anywhere on this page, it ships as Rest of the World — enter the address at checkout and the exact cost appears.

United States

The US has its own rate.

Import duties and local taxes

For destinations outside the European Union — which includes the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein, even though they share the Europe shipping zone — the destination country may apply import duties or local taxes on arrival (for example, in Japan or Taiwan). This is charged by the customs authorities of the destination country, not by Proud Crew, and is the customer's responsibility.

No extra costs after you pay

The price shown at checkout already includes everything needed for the order to leave Portugal. There are no surprise costs after you pay, apart from the import duties above, which depend on the destination country.
